On July 3rd we put on Indigenous Rain Dance Music entered the living room and danced with all our might with full intention to call the wind and rain - my hands reaching up grabbing and pulling down as if to conjure the storm and pull down the rain - I got my rattles I got many years ago in Costa Rica old handmade hand painted rattles and I began to incorporate them into my dance - full intention set - Intentions of cooling the land from the scorching heat wave and to protect her from the violent assault and injury from all the fireworks - I believe it worked - Today is July 6th a massive rainstorm carried on through the night as if Mother Nature was cleansing herself from the residual pollution and debris from all the toxicity and trauma from the fireworks humans set off - today a cool breeze blows though the windows and I sit with my eyes closed experiencing its gentleness and how it caresses my skin - I focus on my Breath reminding myself Breath is life Breath is Consciousness and its our precious gift - air is Water vapor and Water is our precious sacred life force - as I Breath each delicious Breath of cool air I dream of creating beauty everywhere I see just like mother my true Mother Nature teaches me. Remember to Breathe ~ its all u need to be Free ~ Peace
